Our story

We were cleaners first.

The people behind EcoSteam have done specialised industrial, commercial and domestic cleaning since 2001, and have supplied steamers since 2013. In 2023 we came back into the service industry, where our heart is.

We run our own cleaning business too, so our advice comes from what steam does to a real floor, not from a brochure. You deal with the same people from your first question to every service after it.

When your steamer arrives, we train your team. When something stops working, you speak to the people who sold it to you.

What the training covers

What each attachment is for. How to read a surface before you touch it. Which settings suit grease, protein, burnt-on grime and fabric. What can damage a surface, so you never find out on a customer's floor.

The daily and weekly maintenance, descaling above all.

Warranty terms

You get the full terms in writing before you buy: what the warranty covers, what it excludes and who honours it.

We keep stock of all major spares.
